How do I determine the correct helmet size for me?
To find your perfect fit, wrap a flexible measuring tape around your head approximately one inch above your eyebrows and ears. Compare your measurement to our size chart on the product page. Our helmets also feature the RCS Fit System for fine-tuned adjustments.
What is the safety rating of Pret Helmets?
All Pret helmets are engineered to meet and exceed global safety standards, including ASTM F2040 and CE EN1077. Many of our models also feature MIPS technology for enhanced protection against rotational impacts.
What is your return policy for gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused helmets in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on helmets that show signs of wear or have been involved in an impact.
Do you offer a crash replacement program?
Yes, we care about your safety. If you are involved in a crash while wearing a Pret helmet, you may be eligible for a discount on a replacement through our Crash Replacement Program. Please contact our support team with details and photos of the damaged helmet.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear before your next trip to the mountains.
Are Pret Helmets compatible with all goggle brands?
While our helmets are designed with a universal brim shape to fit most major goggle brands, they are optimized for a seamless 'no-gap' fit with high-performance snow goggles to ensure maximum ventilation and fog prevention.
